ARCH Acquires Alpha Manufacturing & Design

ARCH Medical Solutions has acquired Alpha Manufacturing & Design, a Warsaw, Ind.-based contact manufacturer specializing in surgical devices for spine, trauma, large joint, and dental applications.
 
Alpha, founded in 2008, manufactures surgical instruments and assemblies; surgical drill bits and reamers; surgical blades; spinal, trauma, and dental implants; and more. The deal further solidifies ARCH’s position as a diversified supplier in the medical device contract manufacturing market.

Ben and Jennifer Garden have owned and operated Alpha Manufacturing & Design since 2008.
